Schedules of Fees

2011-2012

Fees include coverage from 3:00-6:00pm, a light snack, homework supervision, and daily activities such as Arts & Crafts, Sports, Dance, Drama and Tae Kwon Do. Fees do not include half or full day programs and certain club activities.

Entire Year

Our most popular option. Choose the schedule you need. Days are set at the time of enrollment, but may be changed.
There is a $75 registration fee. Fees are payable monthly. One month deposit is required.

5 Days a Week

$3400 for 38 weeks in 10 monthly payments of $340

Entire Year prices are based on a contract beginning on your child’s starting date until the end of the Kids Orbit year on June 22, 2012.
Yearly fees are based on 38 weeks and prorated accordingly. Failure to meet your contractual obligation will result in forfeiting your deposit.

10 Week Packages

Buy 10 week packages to use when needed. This arrangement works well for freelancers, families with members who travel for weeks at a time, and those with caregivers who are away on vacation, amongst others.
There is a $75 registration fee.
5 day weeks: $110 x 10 = $1100
4 day weeks: $105 x 10 = $1050
3 day weeks: $100 x 10 = $1000

Partial Afternoons

Your child can come for an “early partial” from 3:00-4:30pm, a “late partial” from 4:30-6:00 or a “double” from 3:00-6:00pm. “Doubles” use 2 partials.

There is a $75 registration fee.
$220 for any 10 partial afternoons.
$420 for any 20 partial afternoons.
“Days” purchased are non-refundable and must be used by June 22, 2012.  Pre-registration is required to use this service.

Half & Full Days

Kids Orbit or the affiliated Park Slope Day Camp offers programs on most days when the public schools are closed including vacation periods, half-days and staff development days for an additional fee.

Half Day $35 noon - 3:00pm
Full Day  $65 8:00am - 4:00pm
              $85 8:00am - 6:00pm
